Engineering & IP
Quark designs and tools its own carriers — and protects them. Building since 2006, we have filed 54 patents under our own name, across inventions, industrial designs, and utility models. You are working with the factory that engineers the product, not a trading desk reselling someone else's.

02 · Ningbo · China — main plant
Our Ningbo plant (est. 2006) runs every process in-house on its own equipment — so tooling, tolerance, and throughput never leave our control.
CNC machining centres cut steel and alloy stock to spec.
Press-brake forming across the full thickness range.
Six-axis robotic cells for repeatable structural welds.
Injection presses for impact parts and end caps.
A continuous powder-coat line for a durable finish.
Four assembly lines — retail-ready or bulk packed.
03 · Rayong · Thailand — second plant
Our Rayong factory (est. 2024) builds from the same drawings, tooling, and tolerances as Ningbo — so you can choose China or Thailand origin to manage tariffs and single-source risk, without changing the product.
Origin flexibility
Ship the same product and tooling from China or Thailand — you pick the origin at the PO.
